Four Companies Fined Rp 75 Million for Violating PSBB

Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency, imposed fines against four companies or business places worth Rp 75 million, as they were known to violate the PSBB rules.

All payment of fines is through Bank DKI and goes to the regional treasury

One company that is not exempt is subject to sanctions by Rp 5,000,000 and is suspended while operating due to continuing its business activities.

"We impose the sanction, as they are beyond the eleven business sectors based on Gubernatorial Regulation number 33/2020 and continues to operate during PSBB," expressed Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency Head, Andri Yansyah, Monday (5/25).

He explained, there are three companies or workplaces, which are not excluded yet they have the Industry Ministry's permit to operate their business fined a total of Rp 70 million.

It is done, as they have yet to implement comprehensive health specifically and physical distancing.
